This October we will be introducing weekly aerial yoga classes to our studio activities!
Aerial, or suspension yoga, is both fulfilling and relaxing way to improve your core strength and flexibility. Plus it’s a great deal of fun since it makes use of suspended silk hammocks to do various traditional yoga poses or aerial adaptations of traditional poses. Some of the most basic poses involve simple stretches while seated on the hammock, while other poses progress to hanging upside down and grabbing your thighs, ankles or feet for support and balance.
