About the Space
Located in a converted railway arch as of June 2018, Anatomie Studio’s 850 sq ft industrial location provides an ideal blank canvas space suitable for all manner of photography projects and creative artistic endeavours including workshops, meet-ups, rehearsals and exhibitions.
Events at the space
Anatomie Studio functions as a full-time shibari studio and therefore welcomes the esoteric, underground and alternative. It is a bright clean space equipped with mats and features suspension beams throughout. It is therefore suitable for workshops and events related to tantra and circus, but also aerial hoop, yoga, martial arts, dance, theatre classes and rehearsals of any kind.

The studio features 5 meter high concrete ceilings and a mezzanine with lounging area overlooking the main studio. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge as well as separate toilet facilities.
Free street parking as well as complimentary tea and coffee are available.

Looking for a rope artist for a photo/video project or performance?
Fred and Anna are available to do shibari rigging for photoshoots and other projects. Please see rates below, not including travel:
- £300 for a full day
- £150 for a half-day (usually 4 hours)
- £45 per hour
We provide our own materials and rope. For health and safety reasons, for suspensions on location (outside our studio), the beams/points must be structural and rated. If we decide the suspension point is not safe we will not suspend from it. Models must all be 18+.
